    Power of Attorney?
    Hello,

I'd like to know if there is a way for a spouse that lives in another country to appoint her husband as a power of attorney for her here in the US?

If so, what are the steps to take?

Draft the power of attorney and have it signed and witnessed as required for the intended circumstances. Check this: Power of Attorney: a Primer - The Standard Legal Law Library
