    How nosey can they be?
I would like to know how specific an administrator can be about treatment and the denial of a claim. I was told that after 5 weeks they still do not have enough info the pay my claim. How can this be?

Contact the office that administered your treatment to inquire.

Its not about being nosey... insurance companies require specific information before they will pay a claim. They will continue to deny it until they receive what is required.
