    Who can know about visiting canada with B1, B2 status can be chnged in to F1 status?
    My friend is planning to visit Canada in Tourist visa, Could he study there in 10 weeks English intensive course or French language course immediately after entering Canada?Then after , can he study in University ?

    Your post is confusing. You ask about Canadian immigration law with US immigration law terminology. I think if you clarify it is Canadian law you are asking about, you will get a response.

    Canada does not have a b-1 and b-2 visa as DCcityboy said, they will give a specific visa to a visitor for a certain length of time.

    He cannot enter Canada with a visitor's visa and enroll in a Canadian college or University. If that is what he wants to do why not just apply now for a student visa?
