This is the guy that I got the restraining order on.... and his sister seems to think that we can "still be friends!"

    Sheesh....

This just has brought up all those crazy insecure feelings....

And then, the other side of me says, "I don't want to hurt her... she isn't him...."

rah....Starby - smack some sense into me!!!!
You didn't accept her request did you? What?. does she want to carry on the legacy of stalker status? I'll smack some sense into her... not you my sweets! She should know just to leave you alone! Uuuhhhgggg! Some peoples' kids! It's not a lot of fun is it? Why can't people leave well enough alone. They just have to keep reminding you of all the bad things that you don't want to be reminded of.

My ex's restraining order runs out nest Tuesday! Oh joy! I do still talk to his sister, and she is a very good friend. She's a little different though than I'm assuming your ex's sister is. Her and I never lost contact, and she doesn't talk to her brother at all. She's my saving grace, and has been warning me about his threats that she's heard through the grapevine. Next week isn't going to be a whole lot of fun for me.

    No, I didn't accept it.

Thing is, she and I were "friends" before her brother and I ever got together. Jacob - the AF ex - fell head over heals for me. Seriously. I don't think I've ever been loved as much as he loved me. Even by my ex fiance'. He truly loved me. Ever heard the Savage Garden song "I Knew I loved you before i met you?" Yeah. That was him.

So, when I asked him to let me go, he went nuts. Literally mental. Threats, crazy texts, insanity - you know how it works.

But she and I had always told each other that we'd be friends.

And, the thing is, we haven't. We haven't stayed close because of all the water under the bridge. The police, the restraining orders, the mothers getting involved, the felonies (ask me about that one! ;) ), etc. We just stopped corresponding.

Honestly though, I don't WANT to start corresponding with her again.

    But I feel guilty...

    Rahh...

Don't feel guilty hon. You have to live your life for you! She will get over it. Hopefully she will realise that this causes you too much pain and brings back bad memories for you.

See, you just even thought of the song! It all comes rushing back to you. Good times mixed with bad, and all of a sudden your head is spinning circles! All of the old feelings resurface, but then you are smacked in the face again with the ending.

Take some Chicky time! J, you need sometime alone however you can get it! You've had way too many things to deal with hon. Sneak away somewhere for an hr. or two. Go to Walmart! ;) Heehee! Go get a massage, go get your nails done, go to a good movie by yourself. You need to relax and get your mind off everything.

DO IT! I've got long arms... I can Smack you one from here you know! :p

Yes, all the memories are rushing back. The good ones are pleasant and I'm thankful that I have felt that kind of love. But the bad ones are just awful... course, I don't need to explain that to you.

She will consider it a personal affront and will probably send me a nasty email - either that, or she'll tell her mother about it and SHE will send me the nasty email. Blah.

I think I'm going to call my masseuse and see if he has an appointment open for this afternoon. Good idea. May stop at WalMart on my way home... I have some money to spend there! ;)

Thanks Starby. Memories, got to love them! :)

Yeah, I wondered what you were smoking in the office today.

I am ready for a nap.

My ex won't read my email today because he knows I am requesting that he drop our daughter off at home tonight, I think he had decided if he doesn't read it then I have to go pick her up (which is true) but ughhhhh!

Possibly I was complimenting you, compliments can be scarce and I certainly wouldn't put my mentor in a dark light...

Hey Sheriff. We needed your help earlier. Things about got out of hand. Justy knocked me out and she claims she didn't do it. It was close to a riot.

Movie that had "Death" brand cigarette's [ 3 Answers ]

Anyone remember this movie? All I can remember was that it was late 80's, early 90's, kind of Pulp Fiction-y Quentin Tarantino style movie. The only scene I remember was the main character who was a female (I think it might have even been Drew Barrymore?) driving some car smoking those Death...

Hose bib question "prier" brand [ 5 Answers ]

I've got a leaky hose bib that says PRIER on the body of the bib. I'm guessing PRIER is the name of the company that made it. It is a frost proof bib and it leaks only when it is turned on. It leaks around where the stem (part with the handle on it) screws into the bib body (part that is...
