    Tennessee violation misdimenor porbation
    On misdimenor probation in one county, arrested same offence in less than a year in different county, what is punishment?

    Go back to your original Final Disposition paperwork when you were originally sentenced. There should be some notation of what the punishment would be if you violated your probation.
