You snake the drain from the lavatory roof vent. You rent a sewer machine,(see image) and drop the cable down until it reaches the base. You then run out 20 more feet of cable. Good luck and thank you for rating my answer. Tom

Tom gave you great advice. All of those fixture drains eventually come together and there is a clog after h=where they join. The tub is the low spot so when its clogged the backup comes out of the tub drain.
