    What could this be?
This past week I've been feeling nauseous, but not getting sick at all, and have been very weak. I don't understand what this could be at all. The only thing I've really changed lately about my diet is eating a little bit less because I don't have the money to buy any more food. What could this be?

How much less are you eating? How old are you? Are you male or female?

I am an 18 year old female. And the change in how much I'm eating now isn't too dramatic so I don't think that's it. Also I've become extremely paranoid lately like I always feel like someone's there or watching me it's honestly scaring me I feel like I'm going crazy or something.

Oh and another thing is that I haven't been able to sleep much at all either. Well actually I stay up till 5-6am and then sleep all day and I wasn't like this before at all.

The pill is not 100% effective, especially if not used EXACTLY as prescribed.

You should take a pregnancy test anyway, I take four a year because I'm on Seasonique and only get my period once every 3 months.

It could also be fatigue from your period, if that's coming up.

And yeah, it could be fatigue from eating less as well.

The best bet is to visit the doctor, if this persists. If you are strapped for cash, perhaps visit the free clinic nearest you.
