    Hello.

Can someone please tell me if when considering how much is paid for child support if bonus and commission taken into consideration? I didn't think it would be since neither is guaranteed.

Generally, with commission employees, they would go by average income over time. However bonuses, might be excluded. Each state has its own guidelines. Including what proof of income must be submitted.

Thank you for your answer. The bonus/comission is going to just start. There will be no history to go off. I live in NY.

Chances are it will be based off a W-2 if no history exists. But ultimately income is income, guaranteed or not.
