    You file a Petition with the Court in your area which handles such matters - in my area it's Family Court - and convince the Court that you are not a danger to the children, that you've straightened out your life.

    It is possible that psych counselling for everyone will be ordered.

    Its certainly possible, but not likely. On the other hand, you should be able to get visitation if you can prove you have rehabbed.
