    Errors on disposition
    What happens when a disposition is incorrect? I have heard that if you are in jail and you have an incorrect disposition pertaining to the time you must serve that your jail time may be less or the court can dismiss your case in California.

    Is this right?

    How is the "disposition" incorrect? I don't know what you mean and need more info.
