    Inground pool - drop in or re cement?
    I have an inground pool that has a cement bottom. It is around 20 years old - cracks starting to appear... time to replace. Do I resuface the cement, or "drop in" a fiber glass pool (like they do with shower stalls... )?

    You should get some bids from pros to install a vinyl liner. This could be a DIY project if you have plenty of buddies and a case of cold ones.
