    Best friend and I like the same girl
    I was introduced to a girl by my best friend who he met through school. The girl and I instantly clicked, and no other girl has ever clicked with me like she did. The problem is that my best friend who introduced me to her is also interested in her, but it doesn't seem like she likes him as much as she does me. She flirts around and jokes with both of us, but more so with me than him, and when I talk to him about it, he always says, "Hey man, she's single! Go for it!". I know that he is just saying that though. I don't want to take away her away from him because he is my best friend, and I wouldn't want to lose our friendship over this, nor would I want anyone to do that to me either. Even if she tells him that she is not interested in him, but interested in me, I don't think it will feel "right" to date her. What should I do?

    Also, we are all in our early twenties, so I'm pretty sure it's not teenage love!

    Communication is key to ANY relationship (lovers, friends, best friends, family, etc.).

    If you truly are best friends, have a serious conversation about it because the last thiing you want is for him down the road to get angry or upset about this. The fact that he introduced you to her makes me think that he's OK with it.. but you know him better than me.

    Just wait let your friend and the girl play out what ever may happen to them and there relationship. If you don't want to cut off your friend that could be an option by him saying ggo for it she's single he notices your looking and he wouldn't say that if he didn't kind of mean it maybe sit down and tell him I like your friend you looking to make a move or can I? Make sure he's OK with it. You can also talk with the girl ask her if her and your friend are dating and if she would want to date you and if she has feelings for your friend, you might cut your friend off a bit by doing that so look into maybe talking to both of them or all of them together, use your best judgment
