    Objective in resume
    Hi I would like to apply for Lecturer job. Can you please suggest me an appropriate "career Objective" to include into my resume.

    I think the whole "Career Objective" paragraph is passé. I have not included it in the last few résumés I have sent. The cover letter states the position you are applying for (and any job application code they may have e.g "position lecture2009-02") and the qualities/experience you have that are specific to the requirements of that particular position as stated in the ad.
