    Restructuring Mortgage loans
Both my wife and I are under employed. I am a bsiness owner in a tail spin, and she is working part-time. OUr mortgage is at 1700 a month and we would like to restructure the terms, rate or amount in a way to reduce our payments What are the options in today's economy? Or should we attempt to sell ASAP?:(
