    12 volt marine utility pump
This utility pump uses battery clamps to work off a 12 volt battery to operate.

Is it possible to rewire the pump with a plug, so you can plug it
    Into a outlet.?

Rewire no, but a power supply can do it. What are the power requirements of the pump: 12 V at ? Current.

I do it all the time with a bilge pump.

Your outlets are 120 volts so you would need to step that down. It is very common with battery chargers like for handheld drills. I have one charger that is actually adjustable. If you can answer KISS's question, how many amps does it draw?
