1.) How old are you?
2.) Do you feel any other physical changes before this happens I.E. chills, sweating, dizzyness?
If I were you, I'd have your mom take you to a doctor. He will want to run a few tests, to rule out anything physical, electrophysical, or perhaps even stress related. I would not treat this lightly, especially since you lost consciousness. Most E.R.'s are not like "House," in that they can immediately diagnose what's wrong. A doctor who can collect your history, perform tests that the E.R. cannot/ will not do, and take the time necessary to come to a complete diagnosis. I went to the E.R. twice last year, and each time they had no diagnosis for what was wrong with me. (I couldn't walk, my foot was in excrutiating pain.) I finally went to my G.P. who ran a blood test, and lo and behold I have gout! (metabolic arthritis.) An $11.00 a month rx and I feel better.
BTW, I am a licensed CCT, (Certified Cardiovascular Technician,) I have some knowledge of what I speak. And yes heart problems can start in the very young as well. The doctor will most likely schedule an echocardiogram, and a stress test. Both are painless.
Again, go see a doctor.
