    2007 Tution fees deductioins
Is it possible to deduct tution fees paid in 2007 in this year's (2008) tax forms if I haven't claimed them in 2007 returns?

If so is there any limit? I am planning to use 1040NR

Even if you were able to deduct 2007's expenses on your 2008 return, you are not able to deduct the tuition and fees deductions or take any associated credits on a 1040NR. Either way, you would not be allowed to take 2008 expenses from 2007.
