1040 NR filing sites / tax agents
    Hi,

I was in US in 208 for around 150 days on L1 visa. As per the information I have got I need to file the returns using 1040 NR form, As I don't clear the substantial presence or green card test. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Now as far as I know I cannot file 1040 NR form online. Can I send the scanned copy to my frn in US to mail to IRS

I need to know if there is any site where I can fill in the details and they can file the tax on my behalf, and even send the filled form to IRS at reasonable cost. One of the site IBSN is charging 150 $s which I think is too much.

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, you will file nonresident tax return. You will get exemption deduction and itemized deductions. You can also claim lodging expenses. Read about L1 tax filing: Your U.S. Tax Return: The U.S. Visas
