    I-751 condition status removal
    HI,

I have two questions about I-751 Green Card conditional status removal.

First do USCIS interview every couple for the I-751 or is it random?

Second, I have been married for 2.5 years to a Middle Eastern lady and in Oct 2008 I filed for I-751 conditional Status removal. A month after that and after she did her biometric fingerprint she told me she didn't love me and never did. The last 1.5 year of our marriage was going down hill and I had just paid for her Master degree and that was a week after she finished school and now she is going for her PhD and they will pay for her school she left me and now want to file for divorce.

I feel I have been deceived and she only married me to come into this country and when she found the opportunity she left.

So my question is what should I do? Should I be notifying USCIS about this, we have been separated for almost 5 months now and in another month she should be up for her permanent green card. I just want to know if there will be an Interview so I can revoke my sponsorship of her green card.

I was told that everyone gets interviewed and that I will have a choice to sign some paper or not and if I do not she gets deported, is that true?

If she does get deport can she still apply for Student Visa and come back to the states?

This whole thing has been very depressing to find out I have been used after all I have done for her and all the love I have given her too.

    Thanks for your help.

The majority or RC cases are interviewed. If you do not go to the interview, your wife will need to be divorced from you and file under the "good faith marriage" waiver. She will need documentary evidence of cohabitation and co-mingling of funds and prove up that the marriage was bona fide at inception.

There is nothing for you to sign or not sign and have her deported. If you feel she married you for only an immigration benefit, send a letter to USCIS detailing that. On the letter note it with the name on her I-551, DOB and A number, they will find her file. The officer will have the letter, she will not have access to it, and the officer will generally question her about the allegations you make in the letter.

Very sorry your marriage did not work out. I hope you find someone good for you.
