I have heard a few different rumors about my states (Idaho) law regarding pet deposits. I have searched and searched online trying to find out. I signed my lease stating it was non-refundable, but another landlord told that was illegal and that if there is no pet damage, they need to refund my deposit.

How can I find out my states laws regarding deposits?
