Am I able to relevel my pool
OK I had my pool installed last year and was level but now the far side has sunk about 5 inchs so I was wondering is there a way to relevel it without draining it because it took me 37 hours to fill it up or should I let it be:)

Not only is there no way to raise the pool it should not even be considered. 5" is very substantial and this needs a much more solid footing. If you paid someone to do this job you may still have recourse with them, call them.

5 inches of settling is a lot. Especially in only a year. Expect this to continue to settle a little more yet also. The only way to fix this issue is to completely take the pool back down and start at the ground by leveling and excavating the top layer of soil to get to a strong base. Then the pool can be reinstalled. I agree with ballengerb1 contact whoever installed this because they should be held accountable.
