I cannot find this law on the internet .

This is what a possible lawyer I will hire sent me. I am a tad bit confused, I am waiting for his return call but I want to make sure I understand what he says. The top portion of his letter shows what he says he needs to do. The letter below is the second portion of what he wrote. ( getting a response from you guys is like talking to a friend that sort of knows the answer and is able to guide me with wisdom) two heads are better than one.

Its estimated that the counsel fee will be approximately $3,500.00, Thirty-five hundred, though the fee for administration will be in accordance with the guidelines set forth in 5A, Remick's Pennsylvania Orphans' Court Practice § 39.10.( who is remicks)
Thee foregoing estimate covers solely the services for counsel for the Estate in question and does not cover the work for which the fiduciary is responsible. Nor does the foregoing estimate cover the costs of any litigation arising out of the administration of the Estate or of any tax appeals caused by the levy of additional taxes by the Pennsylvania State Inheritance Tax attorney, in which cases an additional fee will be charged.
