How soon can I re dye my hair
My friend used a home dyeing kit yesterday on me which is a colour and highlights, last night it looked fine but today the right hand side of my highlights looks a lot lighter and more than the left, how soon can I put another dye on or is there anything else I can do?

I've done a dye the same or even the next day. Dying your hair at home isn't the best, if I were you I'd go to a salon and get it fixed.

Hair doesn't "get better" or "heal" over time. So, there's no advantage in waiting to re-dye hair.

Although your hair may not heal, once the dyed part grows out--the growth will again be naturally healthy. I don't suggest dying it the same day, this can seriously damage the hair as well as burn your scalp.

On wet hair use a super deep conditioner on your hair and leave it in for at least 10 minutes, this will semi-repair the damage you have done to it the first time you dyed, and decrease the amount of moisture it looses on the second dye. Don't wash your hair, and let it dry naturally over night. The next day (24 hours after your first dye), try it again. If the color still doesn't come out right, see a colorist!
