Legal immigrant wants to become a US citizen?
I would like my husband to become a U.S citizens. However, he has two misdemeanors and two felonies. He is currently an abiding, tax paying citizen for over 10 years.
Would he qualify to be a U.S citizen.

    Your posting needs clarification.

What citizenship does your husband currently have? Is he a US LPR? You state "He is currently an abdiding, tax paying citizen for over 10 years."

If he is in the country legally then he must have a visa so if he met the qualifications for a visa his chances are pretty good.

Agreed, where is he from, and also how long has he been in the US legally.
