How to calculate average per share price (if you have the additional paid in capital)
Hi, can someone help me to calculate the average per-share sales price of the preferred stock when issued.

    Preferred stock, $30 par value,. $ 120,000
5,000 shares authorized, 4000 shares issued

Additional paid in capital - Preferred... 6,000

How can we calculate the average price?

    Thank you =)
