    Roommate problems
Hi there. My name is dogus. We moved in an apartment with another guy 4 months ago. But we had many problems between each other. So I moved out on 28th of February.
On our lease, his name is as a tenant, my name is as a roommate. When I moved out, ce called me and asked, why I moved out not saying anything.. and I said, I will pay the rent which I had to, for the march; and if I find you someone stay with, I will take the rent for the first month. He accept it first, but later he didn't want to stay there anymore..
Now he is asking me to pay him 1 month rent and his deposit. If not, he will sue me...
My question is: in this cases, when we go to court, what would be the judgements decision?
Thanks for your time and help already...

My roommate and I moved into a rental property four months ago (we both still live here).
