    Theaft auto third degree
    My son just got arrested for theft auto under 20,000 third degree. I don't know much about evidence yet.. this happened while he was a juvenile... back in dic 2007 . He is almost 19 now.. he got pick up for this... acually he is behaivor change after this.. like home and school and thinking going to the army a lern something.. now this is in the middle... he is record in a non convicition for sitting inside stolen property.. a car somebody stole and he sat... all the kids got arrested... he got off with probation... nothing happened until a year later got pick up for having weed... since this happened a year ago.. been arrested I told him to get the gulty .he got off with probation... nothing happened.. and now this... what do you think are his chances... :confused:

    I think he has a criminal record, the Court has been lenient until now, he hasn't changed or learned anything and he will go to jail.

    I'm sure this is NOT what you want to hear but that's the way I see it.
