    Disconnect the negative battery terminal, or remove the Backup Fuse (7.5A) in the underhood fuse box, for 10 seconds. Record any radio codes, before disconnecting the battery.

    Before clearing the Check Engine Light, it would be a good idea to know what code(s) are stored in the ECM. Here's how to find out:
