Before you would apply for a grant for such a thing, you'll need to have a business plan all in order to be able to apply for a grant. Do you have a business plan that's all worked out and in order?

I have found the location where I want to put the business. I also have a mentor who has owned a business before. She has helped me to draw up a plan. I want to do a resale shop there isn't one where I live. I have seen the minority of people here and I feel very confident that it will do good. I have narrowed it down as to what I will sell. And also what I need to clear to make my monthly rent plus commission. So you I'm ready to submit plan.

What about asking city officials where this will be located? I would think they would know if any monies are available and if so, where you could get them.

Also, if you click on the following searches, you'll find sites that you could approach to see what they have to offer. But, I would proceed with caution concerning any site offering to give money for anything.

Thank you for your help I don't want to do a thrift store I want to do a resale shop . I would carry children and teen clothing that is of good quality. A thrift store carries a lot of things I just want to do the clothing
