    Garnishment pay off
    My husband had his wages garnished. He sented them the amount that was on the summons, but they are still taking out payments. How can we get this resolved?

    Wages cannot be garnished until an actual judgment has been issued by the court. Was there a trial at which a judgment was entered? Does your husband have proof of the money being sent to the creditor? If you can prove that they took more money than was awarded them, you can get it back.
