Guidelines for Tranferring Felony Probation to FL.
I live in IN and want to transfer felony probation to FL. I am aware of the process, but am wondering what qualifies/disqualifies a person to transfer.. Is FL an accepting state? I have a decently sized record including a felony marijuana poss, a felony OWI, and misdemeanor driving, marijuana, and alcohol offenses. I have no violent crimes. It has been over a year since my last offense and I have a year and seven months left on probation (which I am in good standing with)... any Insight?
