First Timer involved in something stupid.
 My son who is 17 he will be 18 in June, I have kept him out of trouble this far and now he did it... what the hell am I up against. 3 Felonies and 1 Mis. Grand Theft, position of stolen property, and Conspircy. And a mist. Pot charge. He was in the car did not do the actual stealing but knew what was going on. I said it a million times the kids were bad and to stop hanging around with them. What am I looking at jail time, probation, what I have no idea... clue me in a bit if you can.

You son is not looking very good on this. Would suggest hiring a very good criminal attorney.

Are they going to press charges as a adult or as a juv. That makes the first largest difference.

And a lot will depend on what all the other felonies are, but I would say he is looking at jail ( or prison) time if he is charged as a adult ( always a guess since the judge and the attorney you get can make a difference)
Also if he is wiling to take a plea agreement and perhaps testify against some of the others

Here in GA he would be almost automatically be charged as a adult which means real jail, real prison
Not the kiddy jails as we call them.
