    Sleep problems
    Every time I wake up in the night, which is way too often, I have an extremely dry mouth. I wear a night guard for my teeth grinding problem. I am waking up tired in the morning and usually with a headache. Any suggestions?

    I had this problem too until I bought a humidifier for my bedroom because our furnace doesn't have one. After irrigating the air in my bedroom, I didn't have that problem. Keep a glass of water beside your bed, that helps too.

    Most of us sleep with our mouth open and that leaves a tendency to get dry mouth during the night.
