    Bankruptcy Law
I have received a MOTION FOR RELEIF OF AUTOMATIC STAY. I am currently attending Paralegal school in Redding CA, but I do not know enough about this because I am only in my 2nd semester. I would like to file an ANSWER but I am not sure what to say considering they have a VALID CAUSE OF ACTION, I'm not sure how to go about answering this form. I am just tottaly stumped and I can not afford an attorney.
    What do I do?

You are obviously in a bankruptcy situation. If you have no understanding of how the system works you should have this addressed by the Attorney who reviewed the situation and prepared the papers OR if you didn't use an Attorney, retain one now.

You can't afford NOT to have an Attorney - you have a good chance of spending a lot of time and energy and having the Bankruptcy set aside on a technicality at some point or other.

In brief - at least one creditor is tired of waiting for you to pay and wants out of the stay.

This is Federal Court and Paralegal School at this point doesn't "cut" it.
