Hi, I'm a 14- year old boy having trouble with my penis. I am uncircumcised and when I open the foreskin, the part where I pee out of is surrounded by a raised red bump that's been popped before with my zipper and never healed? What might this be? And lower of the place where I pee out of, to the left, there are two bumps about 5mm and that somewhat close together and I have these 2mm dot, about 10 of them on my actual penis (the purple and pink thing) and I was wondering if this could be herpes of something or might it just be an bacterial/fungal infection of irritation. I've had these for about a year and they disappear sometimes.

O and they are sometimes itchy and I just can't keep my eyes of them

Sounds like the only great advice I can give to you is go to a walk in clinic where they will see you almost instantly. This saves embarrassment when you don't know the doctor. I would have this looked at definitely.
It has gone one for too long not to be checked. Ok Good luck with that.
