    Leaky faucet
I have a leaky kitchen faucet. I am trying to fix it but the screw at the top knob, will not move. It is a phillips screw, but seems to be froze up form old age. How do I get this loosened, I tried PB blaster, but not working. What do you recommend? Thanks
