    2nd offense retail theft
    I am currently on probation for retail theft. Today I was in a supermarket and had one of those tote bags. I got 2 coffee creamers and 1 small ice tea. Not thinking I put them in the bag, and went to check out. I purchased cigarettes, and forgot to take the items out of the bag. They called the cops on me. The items totaled $6.39. Am I going to jail?

    Maybe, it depends, you have to notify your probation officer, so it will be up to them.
