    HOA Board in Perpetual Meeting
    I own one unit in a five unit condominium development. The president of the board says that all owners are board members and, therefore, the board is in perpetual meeting and needs no regularly scheduled meetings. Can this be correct?

    No, there needs to be scheduled meetings, a call to order, someone has to record all the official meetings.
