What was the reason for the first miscarriage? What does your Doctor say? I have been in your shoes and it's not easy.

The reasons for miscarriages are rarely known. Many doctors put it at a genetic factor stating that the fetus would have never survived outside of the womb.

I had to medically terminate a pregnancy for similar circumstances. It was the right thing to do, and I am fine with it.

And I've been there 4 times - with no answers, although now I'm told that "today" testing procedures are more advanced and "could" make a difference. Sad business all the way around, no matter what the reason is. My Doctor pretty much said, "enough."

Tests are only done if the baby weighs a certain amount of grams. If they are under that weight, testing is usually not done.
