    Adoption of Non-Biological Parent in AZ
    How does my husband go about adopting my daughter? She is not biologically his and her biological father has not been around in over 7 years?

    You will get an attorney, who will write up the adoption paper work, and paper work for the bio father to sign over his rights.

    You get the bio father to sign and then file the adoption.
