How does one report marriage fraud?
I would like to know how to report 2 American Citizens who traveled to the Philippines to marry 2 people just to bring them back to America. The 2 american citizens each received sizeable lump sums for these favors... All 4 are residing in San jose Ca.

You can contact ICE but what proof do you have? In general it won't get investigated unless there is very clear proof.
Off the ICE website:
To report any suspicious activity please call 1-866-347-2423
US Immigration has so many people who report for no reason and with little or no proof that they are constantly overloaded.

Did they have a marriage service, and a marriage license in one of the two countries.
Are they living together ?
If so, then they can well be meeting the rules.
Was the money to "marry" or merely a wedding gift, when I got married to my first wife, we received well over 20,000 in gifts from our parents

It takes a year or more to complete immigration process, have to come back several times, you will be interrogated: couples answers must be the same because they will be asked in separate room, spend a lot for requirements, show evidences like tons of love letters, costly phone calls, pictures, videos, trip together, you will followed by private eyes.. Not because you're married to USC you can just fly and live there.
I really don't understand.. really... sorry...
Since bringing 2 PI citizens to CA is the issue, I believe those couples were already in a relationship before they flew here that's why they made it in the process. No one can fake love letters and records of phone bills!

It's very easy and common to arrange a fake marriage just so one person can gain citizenship in another country. The problem is always proof, this may have been a fake marriage but finding enough proof won't be possible, most people just call US Immigration with rumors and assumptions

I definitely agree but I don't believe in "set up thing" if you're from here. I must say that a lot of people just hate that other people is happy because they are somehow sad about their own lives and they want others to feel the same....

Thank you for everyone's input. However I should have been more clear. A dear friend of mine from work asked me to find this out for him.
And no, it was NOT legit. As far as I'm concerned, to each his own. Life is too short for me to worry about others illegal actions, especially when those actions don't effect my family or myself... GOD BLESS, Honesty20...
