    HUD return addressed to husband but wife is due half refund
    There is a HUD refund from 6 years agop and my exhusband is listed as the person on the refund but we were divorced in 2003 and I stayed in the hoouse and kept it up until it sold. I was listed as coborrower but I don't kn ow if I am on the refund check. \What do I do?

    This is REALLY a legal question, but I will share my insights.

    You need to address this issue with your ex.

    If he is not cooperative, then a call to your divorce attorney is the next step. When he gets the call from the attorney, he will probably conclude that splitting the refund is in his best interest, because going to court on this is a sure-fire LOSS for him.
