Which state to file taxes in?
    Hi,

I would like to know what state to file taxes in, in a situation like below:

I work for a company who has presence in State A only, but I tele-commute (work from home) from State B.

Will I be paying taxes for State A or State B? Is it a choice I can pick or some rules apply to this?

Is the answer same for the general case above or does it depend on particular states?

    Please help me out.

    Regards,
    John
