Saggy facial skin
I am 31 years old and have started noticing the skin on my face is sagging. I don't understand why. I was under the impression skin would start to sag in my forties. Is there anything I could do to reverse this?

Did you frequent tanning salons for years? If you did, you just did the equivalent of putting your entire body in a microwave oven.

Begin a regular moisturizing regime now and if you buy the top shelf brands, you may see a decrease in fine lines and wrinkles.
Always apply your make up/moisturizer with up ward strokes, never down as you are just pulling the skin down.
Use a sunscreen and avoid smoking,it also ages the skin.
Much of the way we age is hereditary.

Know how to prevent sagging? Just eat till the wrinkles fill out!
I got that in an email today.
Once the elasticity in the skin is gone, nothing short of surgery is going to change it. I noticed wrinkles and sagging forming in my thirties. I'm in my 40s now and my eyesight is going so I don't mind so much.

Years ago my mother told me to stay out of the sun and not get a sunburn or suntan. Even though I lived in South Florida I did not have a sun tan like most of the people there. Also smoking cigarettes does age your skin terribly. Also heredity has a huge factor in your skin sagging or not. If you want to see what you'll look like in say 20 years, take a look at your mother and see how she fared over the years. You will probably have the same skin problems as she did/does.
My mother looked like she was in her 50's when she was in her early 70's. I am beginning to look very much like her and I take after her as well. I look younger than my actual years.
