    I had a mortgage company in Florida with three other partners. We borrowed money from hard money lending company and they bought computers for us and we entered a lease agreements and two of us signed personally for 24 months. We only paid 14 months and tried to negotiate they didn't want to...
    Now I receive a summons at my house,they are suing us and I can not afford lawyer.company closed I am behind my obligations and almost fighting not to file for bankruptcy.
    I have 20 days to file my response. What and how should I write??

    Welcome to AMHD. Are you being sued for 10 months rent? Is the rental term over? What else are you being sued for, in this case? Do 'they' owe you anything?
