It means you are either 23 years old or 9 years old.

Tiger people are sensitive, given to deep thinking, capable of great sympathy. They can be extremely short-tempered, however. This has to do with the Chinese naming of the years. Each year is given another name of the zodiac.
Previous years of the tiger were : 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998. The next one will be 2010.

First, this is a revenge reddie. Have you read the rules for posting? I suggest that you study them.

Second, a "reddie" would not be the place to correct my math - if, in fact, you had the least bit of understanding of what is going on here.
