    Snowblower belt flies off
I have Sears snowblow (10 years old and works good)... however lately the belt just flies off the auger wheel - I've even replaced the belt so it's brand new... is there some adjustment that has to be looked at since the equipment is 10 years old?

    Thanks,

Very annoying with 6" of snow outside

The right belt has a lot to do with it. You can go to Dayco - MarkIV - Automotive Worldwide Website, look up the belt, get the Dayco number and head to a NAPA auto store. They will xfref it for another belt.

Coing off the pully would indicate a tilt in one of the pulleys. i.e. the pulley's are not parallel. Not knowing the model, I con't look it up, but there is usually a sliding bolt pattern on the engine and another sliding thing somewhere for the wheel drive. Make sure the pulleys are parallel.
