    Is there a way to stop a judgement by a attorney who has filed a case for Discovery credit card?

    Pay the bill!

    You cannot stop someone from filing for a judgement, nor can you stop the process once started except by agreeing to a settlement or paying the bill in full

    There may be ways to prevent them from winning the judgement, if they don't have enough proof.
