    Stimulus Bill
    Hi there,

    I know that Obama approved the Stimulus Bill, but I heard a rumor and want to know if its true. Is it true that instead of a lump sum check the "stimulus" is to be spread through paychecks over the span of 2009?

    That is the plan, yes, starting sometime around June.
