    Parental rights
I just got pregnant and I don't want my boyfriend to have any part of our child's life. Is there a way I can make him give up his rights?

This is a legal issue so I moved your post here.

Generally a court will grant a TPR in two instances. To clear the way for an adoption or if the parent represents a danger to the child. So the likelihood of you terminating his rights is very slim.

The idea is not to have sex with someone that will not make a good father.

So no, you are not gong to get his rights taken away. Perhaps he will not want to see or visit the child, but if he wants to there is no way to stop him unless he is a seroius threat to the child.
